QA Specialist

This role is about far more than clicking through flows and reporting bugs. We are looking for someone who can think critically about quality, understand how products fail and help the team catch the right issues earlier.

QA at eJump means asking good questions, exploring edge cases, understanding user journeys and building smarter ways to test over time. You should be proactive, structured and comfortable getting close to both the product and the code when needed.

We value people who use modern tools, including AI-assisted workflows, to investigate faster, understand unfamiliar systems and reduce repetitive work, without outsourcing judgment. The goal is not more tests for their own sake. It is better coverage, better signal and better decisions.

What we’re looking for in this role:

  • A strong analytical mindset and the ability to notice patterns, risks and inconsistencies before they become production issues.
  • The habit of thinking in scenarios, edge cases and failure points, not just checklists.
  • Comfort with the basics of modern web products, including how to inspect interfaces, browser behavior, requests and logs when needed.
  • Experience with, or a serious interest in, test automation and the tools that make QA more effective over time.
  • Comfort using modern tools, including AI-assisted workflows, to speed up investigation, understand complex flows and improve test assets without giving up judgment.
  • Clear written communication, especially when reporting bugs, documenting findings or explaining why something matters.
  • A proactive attitude: you do not wait to be told where quality is slipping if you can already see it.

What you’ll be doing with us:

  • Explore products from both the user and system perspective, with attention to quality, clarity and real-life usage.
  • Define and prioritize test scenarios based on risk, complexity and what matters most for the release.
  • Investigate issues using browser tools, logs, requests, reproduced steps and any other useful signals available to you.
  • Build and improve automated checks where they add real value, instead of relying only on repetitive manual work.
  • Help improve regression coverage, QA workflows and the overall confidence of the team before releases.
  • Work closely with developers and product or delivery roles to catch issues earlier and communicate them clearly.
  • Contribute to a quality mindset, not just a testing stage at the end.

Why this role might fit you well at eJump:

  • You will have room to raise the quality bar, not just execute predefined test scripts.
  • You will work across thinking, tooling, automation and process improvement, not just one narrow slice of QA.
  • You will find interesting digital products, a collaborative team and people who appreciate initiative.
  • You will have flexibility in how you work, alongside clear expectations around ownership and communication.
  • If you care about quality deeply and like improving systems, not just finding faults, you will feel at home here.
