Product Delivery
Consultant

This role sits close to both the client and the team. You will help shape the right solution, ask better questions early and make sure decisions are grounded in context, not assumptions.

We are not looking for a messenger between meetings. We are looking for someone who can understand business goals, challenge unclear requests, structure information well and turn messy conversations into useful decisions for the product and the people building it.

You should be comfortable working with modern tools, including AI-assisted workflows, but even more comfortable thinking for yourself. We value people who use AI to explore, structure and move faster, without confusing speed with judgment.

What we’re looking for in this role:

  • Strong English and Romanian communication, with the ability to keep discussions clear, calm and useful.
  • Critical thinking: you do not stop at the first answer, the first brief or the first output generated by a tool.
  • A structured way of working, especially when gathering requirements, organizing client input and following decisions through.
  • Good product sense and the ability to spot gaps, risks or unclear assumptions before they become delivery problems.
  • Comfort using modern tools, including AI-assisted workflows, to prepare, summarize, estimate and explore solutions, while still validating what is useful, realistic and worth pursuing.
  • Confidence working closely with technical teams and enough technical understanding to discuss scope, tradeoffs and delivery realities with credibility.
  • Empathy, ownership and the ability to collaborate with different personalities without becoming passive or vague.
  • The ability to think consultatively: not just to manage requests, but to spot where a client's process, decision flow or product could be improved.

What you’ll be doing with us:

  • Lead early conversations with clients and help turn broad requests into clear scope, priorities and actionable next steps.
  • Collect the information the team actually needs, instead of waiting for clarity to appear on its own.
  • Work closely with developers, QA and other stakeholders to keep delivery aligned with business goals and technical reality.
  • Prepare notes, briefs, estimates and follow-ups in a way that reduces back-and-forth and keeps momentum healthy.
  • Spot places where automation or AI can remove friction, improve speed or solve a real business bottleneck for the client or for the team.
  • Manage expectations honestly, raise risks early and help clients understand tradeoffs without unnecessary drama.
  • Stay close to the product as it evolves, not just to the communication around it.
  • Build enough delivery intuition to make rough estimates, frame options early and refine them as the project becomes clearer.

Why this role might fit you well at eJump:

  • You will have room to think, question and improve the work, not just move information from one side to another.
  • You will work with clients, but also stay meaningfully connected to product and delivery.
  • You will be encouraged to improve your process, sharpen your judgment and use modern tools well.
  • You will find a friendly team, flexible ways of working and interesting projects that keep you learning.
  • We care about ownership, clarity and good collaboration more than corporate theatre.
