Full-Stack
Developer

This role is for someone who is comfortable thinking across product layers, not just staying inside one technical lane. You should be able to move between front-end, back-end, architecture and implementation details without losing sight of the bigger picture.

We are looking for a builder with strong judgment: someone who can break down ambiguous tasks, ask better technical questions and turn product needs into practical solutions that hold up in real use.

You should be comfortable working with modern tools, including AI-assisted workflows, but not dependent on them for thinking. We value people who use them to explore options, accelerate execution and reduce repetitive work, while still validating the outcome and owning the decision.

What we’re looking for in this role:

  • Strong understanding of modern web architecture across both front-end and back-end.
  • Solid hands-on skills in PHP, JavaScript and relational databases, with the ability to work comfortably across the stack.
  • Experience with APIs, integrations and service-oriented thinking.
  • Comfort with deployment workflows, CI/CD and the technical realities of getting software into production reliably.
  • The ability to evaluate tradeoffs and choose solutions that are useful for the product, not just interesting technically.
  • Comfort using modern tools, including AI-assisted workflows, to explore approaches, speed up implementation and support debugging, while still validating what is worth keeping.
  • Good judgment in code structure, debugging, estimation and technical communication.
  • A consultative mindset: you can think not only about how to build something, but whether the current approach is the right one.

What you’ll be doing with us:

  • Build and extend digital products across both front-end and back-end, depending on what the work actually needs.
  • Translate product goals into maintainable technical solutions, not just isolated code tasks.
  • Work on integrations, business logic, data flows and UI implementation as needed across the project.
  • Use modern tools to prototype, accelerate and investigate, while keeping responsibility for the final technical direction.
  • Contribute to technical decisions, estimate work sensibly and raise better options when a proposed approach is weak.
  • Debug deeply, test carefully and help improve overall delivery quality, not just your own ticket.
  • Collaborate with delivery, QA and client-facing roles to keep solutions grounded in real product needs.

Why this role might fit you well at eJump:

  • You will get real breadth in your work, without being treated like a generic resource.
  • You will have room to think, propose better solutions and influence how work is approached.
  • You will work on meaningful products with a team that values ownership, clarity and technical judgment.
  • We offer flexibility, support for growth and projects that are challenging in the right ways.
  • If you like solving real problems across the stack, not just staying inside a narrow technical box, this role should feel natural.
