Front-End
Developer

This role is for someone who cares about how products feel in use, not just how they look in a design file. You should be comfortable turning complex requirements into interfaces that are clear, fast and well thought through.

We are looking for a front-end developer with product sense: someone who can challenge weak UI assumptions, ask useful questions and help improve the flow, not just implement it exactly as received.

You should be comfortable working with modern tools, including AI-assisted workflows, but not dependent on them for judgment. We value people who use them to prototype faster, debug smarter and move through repetitive work efficiently, while still validating what actually improves the product.

What we’re looking for in this role:

  • Strong skills in HTML, CSS and JavaScript, plus the ability to build interfaces that feel solid in real use, not just in static screens.
  • Good UI judgment and enough UX awareness to notice when a flow is technically possible but still weak for the user.
  • Clear thinking, clean implementation habits and strong debugging skills.
  • Comfort working with modern front-end stacks and enough backend awareness to collaborate well across real product work.
  • Comfort using modern tools, including AI-assisted workflows, to speed up prototyping, implementation and debugging, while still validating what makes sense.
  • A curious, proactive mindset and the ability to estimate, document and communicate clearly as work evolves.
  • Bonus points if you have worked with CMS platforms or design-to-build workflows, but we care more about product thinking than old tool checklists.

What you’ll be doing with us:

  • Build and refine front-end interfaces that are clear, responsive and grounded in actual product needs.
  • Turn designs, flows and requirements into working UI while improving weak spots when you see them.
  • Prototype, implement and debug with speed, without sacrificing clarity or maintainability.
  • Collaborate with design, backend, QA and delivery roles to make sure the user experience holds together end to end.
  • Raise better frontend solutions when the first approach is visually polished but functionally weak.
  • Use modern tools to accelerate repetitive work and exploration, while keeping responsibility for the final implementation quality.
  • Test carefully and help keep the product smooth, not just “done.”

Why this role might fit you well at eJump:

  • You will have room to think about product quality, not just to implement screens one by one.
  • You will work on interfaces that matter, with enough complexity to reward good frontend judgment.
  • You will be encouraged to propose better solutions, not just follow tickets passively.
  • We offer flexibility, support for growth and a team that values ownership and clear communication.
  • If you like building interfaces that are both smart and usable, this role should feel like a good fit.
