.NET
Developer

We are looking for a .NET developer who can build dependable software without losing sight of the bigger picture. This role suits someone who can think through implementation details, product context and technical tradeoffs at the same time.

You should be comfortable taking a feature from requirements to working code, while asking better questions when the initial brief is incomplete or weak. We value people who can contribute to the solution, not just to the ticket.

You should also be comfortable working with modern tools, including AI-assisted workflows, but not dependent on them for thinking. We value people who use them to accelerate research, debugging and execution, while still validating the outcome and owning the decision.

What we’re looking for in this role:

  • Solid experience with C#, .NET, SQL and the core patterns needed to build maintainable application logic.
  • Good technical judgment in code structure, debugging, data handling and system behavior.
  • The ability to read requirements critically, spot weak assumptions and ask better technical questions before implementation.
  • Comfort working with APIs, business logic, application flows and integration-heavy functionality.
  • Experience with testing, code review and the habits that keep software reliable over time.
  • Comfort using modern tools, including AI-assisted workflows, to support research, implementation and debugging, while still validating what is worth keeping.
  • Good collaboration skills and enough product awareness to understand why the software is being built, not just how.
  • A proactive mindset: you do not stop at “the task is done” if the actual solution can still be improved.

What you’ll be doing with us:

  • Build and extend .NET applications in real product environments, from core features to follow-up improvements and refactors.
  • Take part in technical analysis, implementation and refinement of software that needs to work reliably in production.
  • Write code that is clear, maintainable and grounded in actual product needs, not just technically correct on paper.
  • Use modern tools to accelerate research, debugging and implementation, while keeping responsibility for the final technical outcome.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing and deployment workflows that raise the overall quality bar of the team.
  • Collaborate with delivery, QA and other engineers to keep technical work aligned with business goals and practical constraints.

What will help even more:

  • Experience with Azure, cloud infrastructure or production deployment workflows.
  • Familiarity with Linux environments, CI practices and automation beyond local development.
  • Experience with automated tests across unit, integration or API layers.
  • Comfort discussing value versus effort when choosing between implementation options.
  • Experience improving technical processes, not just following them.
  • Some familiarity with front-end technologies or cross-functional product work is a plus.

Why this role might fit you well at eJump:

  • You will work on meaningful software with enough complexity to reward clear engineering thinking.
  • You will have room to grow not only in code, but also in architecture, process and product understanding.
  • You will be part of a collaborative team that values ownership, quality and honest technical discussion.
  • We offer flexibility, support for growth and projects that are challenging in the right ways.
  • If you like building dependable systems and improving how work gets done, this role should feel like a good fit.
