When we first started the ISO certification process, we weren’t exactly thrilled.
“Is this just paperwork? Will it actually help us? Do clients even care?”
Spoiler alert: they do. And not just “kind of”. For some of our larger partners – including in automotive, leasing, and fintech – it was a dealbreaker. No ISO = no contract.
We now proudly hold two industry-standard certifications:
✅ ISO 27001 – Information Security Management
This means we treat data like it matters (because it does). No more sticky notes with passwords or chaotic file sharing. We follow real security procedures, access controls, regular backups, and breach response protocols. Even our internal jokes go through 2FA. 😉
✅ ISO 9001 – Quality Management System
It’s not about checking a box. It’s about working better: defining processes, improving them, learning from mistakes, and delivering consistent results – not just for one lucky client, but for every project.
Why does it matter to you as a client?
- You know your project (and your data) is in safe hands.
- You can present us with confidence to your board or procurement team.
- You benefit from structured workflows, clear communication, and accountability.
- You work with a team that’s not just creative and fast, but reliable and audit-ready.
Thinking of joining the eJump team?
As a new team member, these certifications mean more than just acronyms in the footer. They create clarity. You’ll know where to find things, how to contribute, and how we handle feedback and security. It’s not about red tape – it’s about knowing you’re part of a mature, transparent, and well-supported environment where you can grow and do meaningful work.
We didn’t get certified to show off. We did it because we felt the difference. It changed how we document, collaborate, estimate, test, and deliver. It made our team stronger.
Sure, we’re still eJump, friendly, curious, problem-solving geeks. But now we’re backed by globally recognized standards. We build cool stuff. And we build it responsibly.
Curious how it works in practice?
Drop us a line. We’d love to show you how we apply these certifications daily – and how that translates into fewer headaches and better outcomes for you.
